How the Coaching Works
A clear look at what happens from the first call
to your ongoing training and long-term progress.
We start with a short intro call.
This is where we talk through your goals, training background, current challenges and any limitations you’re dealing with.
The purpose of this call is to understand whether working together makes sense and what kind of support you actually need.
If you decide to move forward, we schedule a video call focused on your physical assessment.
During this session we look at your current physical condition, movement quality and relevant skills.
This helps identify strengths, limitations and priorities, so the program is built around what your body can actually do.
Based on the assessment, your first training program is created.
You access everything through a private training app, where you can see your exercises with videos, written explanations, sets and reps.
This first version is a starting point, not a final product.
As you start training, we stay in close communication.
This phase is about:
– answering questions
– explaining anything that feels unclear
– adjusting exercises that don’t suit you
– refining the program based on real feedback
The goal is to help you settle into a smooth and confident training flow.
Once you’re in a steady rhythm, communication continues as needed.
You’re not locked into a rigid structure.
We talk whenever something needs clarification, adjustment or a different approach.
Some clients also choose to add a weekly live training session for more direct feedback and accountability.
Approximately every 6 weeks, your program is fully updated.
We revisit your progress, current needs and priorities, and follow the same adjustment process again.
This ensures your training evolves with you, instead of staying stuck on the same structure.
A short call to see if working together is a good fit.
