Fully personalised 1-on-1 coaching built around your body, goals and training history.
You receive a custom training program inside a private app, with clear exercise videos, written guidance, sets and reps — all tailored specifically to you.
Communication is consistent throughout the process, with adjustments made whenever needed. Programs are fully updated approximately every 6 weeks.
You’re also given nutrition tools to support your training and goals.
Video calls are used when clarification or deeper explanation is needed.
Includes everything in the standard 1-on-1 coaching, with the addition of a structured weekly live training session.
Each week you train together with George in a live video call, focusing on technique, execution, progress and real-time feedback.
This option is ideal if you want hands-on coaching, strong accountability and a fixed weekly training rhythm.
